Place a chair (not supplied) in the sauna and then connect the steamer to the bathtub. Then, plug the steamer into the plug socket, sit back and enjoy. Steam at about 45 degree's Centigrade is produced from the inflatable steamer that is controlled by its own timer and introduced into the totally enclosed bathtub.
